Add date field and auto name media item

Replace first patch / fix fatal.

You shouldn't really be hosting site-specific patches like this on Drupal.org. Just create the patch file and store it in your project's codebase. Composer can reference local patch files.

Understood and aware, but I like to share ideas in the event someone else is googling a similar use case (e.g.: "add date to bulk media upload form") to potentially help shorten their development cycle.
