Doesn't activate on clean composer install

Problem/Motivation

You would still get the core autocomplete behaviour for a clean D10 install (with composer) on say the Article's Tags field (after having created 20+ terms). No errors fired in logs, no warning given in status report. I guess the library is not loading from the CDN.
Also, a README would help, for example: how to put the library manually? How to disable from some fields?

You would need to change the widget to use a select instead of an autocomplete.
