Allow editing buttons using the UI

Problem/Motivation

Join is non-editable but it usually requires customization, like "Register" or even "Account" since it will still work for logged-in users (and redirect them to their user edit form).

You can already alter it with code using hook_rrssb_buttons_alter(). There is no way to edit it with the web UI.

The situation is the same for any other button. The solution is to all adding/editing buttons in the UI. Patches welcome (I'm not going to write it😃).
