Problem/Motivation
In some contexts/situations, I notice that the Export action is not available.
When that happens, if going to module's configuration page, it raises a WSOD with the following error:

Steps to reproduce
Not sure why, when, or how this happens, but happened a bunch of times.
I didn't find any pattern yet.
Proposed resolution
I noticed that disabling/re-enabling the module fixes the issue.
Of course, this is not a permanent solution, just a workaround.
