The module was developed in a Drupal 7 way and ported to Drupal 8.
We should refactor it to be adapted to Drupal 9/10 API.

Remove datalayer events as they should be covered by GTAG
Remove Classic GA
Remove Universal analytics as is deprecated
Refactor code on a Drupal 9 way
Keep the compatibility with https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_google_analytics →
Review and update the documentation https://www.drupal.org/node/2362091 →
