Problem/Motivation

Utility classes are not applying at block level.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a new block or use any block that ships within VLSuite Block submodule.
  • Via configuration, enable any utility class to apply at block level.
  • Add the block on any layout.
  • Apply any of the utility class enabled for this block.

Proposed resolution

Improvement on the utility classes application.
Make sure that utility classes can be applied at block level.
