We are working on an installation profile GovNL → .
I would like the installation profile GovNL to be published on packagist.org as "drupal/govnl". The repository contains a composer.json file with the package name "drupal/govnl".
I assume that publishing on drupal.org is currently not working because the project type is set to "Distribution". We also have another project ( GovNL Project → ) with the project type "General project". Publishing to packagist.org is working fine on this project.
If my assumption is correct, can the project type of GovNL → be changed from "Distribution" to "General Project"? I could not find an option to do this by myself.

Changing a project type must be done from users with access to tools site moderators cannot access.
GovNL is now a general project and available at https://packagist.org/packages/drupal/govnl
