Could not repro with info in bug report.
Created a 9.5.9 instance, added 3 basic pages, adding title, body and checking to add to menu on RHS. When I am on the home page, they appear across the top by name in desktop width, and showed up in the hamburger when I squeezed the width to mobile widths. All links worked in desktop menu and in hamburger. - Status changed to Closed: cannot reproduce

More information was asked for to help with this issue over a year ago. Since that has not been provided and @petedussin could not reproduce the problem, I am closing this issue.
If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue → (starting from "Install Drupal core").
