Not able to paste from document in ckeditor and receive the "Press Ctrl+V to paste. Your browser doesn‘t support pasting with the toolbar button or context menu option" message

Description and Detail
We're not able to paste by using the "Paste from Word" or "Past as Plain Text" icons within the WYSIWYG HTML Editor and receive the "Press Ctrl+V to paste. Your browser doesn‘t support pasting with the toolbar button or context menu option" message

Note: The message for the "Paste as Plain Text" icon is "Press Ctrl+Shift+V to paste. Your browser doesn‘t support pasting with the toolbar button or context menu option"

    What version of Drupal is this? And what modules/themes do you have installed?

    Because this:

    1. is definitely not CKEditor 5
    2. does not actually even look like CKEditor 4 looks out of the box in Drupal! 😅
