Should Project browser also display errors and warning on the status report page

Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Warn about package_manager errors and warning on the status report page Needs work we are adding support for package manager to display errors and warnings on the status report page similar to Automatic Updates, this same thing can also be done for Project Browser now if it's going to help users of PB.
