Offering to maintain No Non-breaking Space Filter

Hi,

Could you post a comment on my offer to maintain No Non-breaking Space Filter ( https://www.drupal.org/project/no_nbsp → )? I would like to become a co-maintainer of this module to merge the Drupal 10 compatibility patch along with any appropriate RTBC issues and create a D10-compatible release.
