Yes, good catch. Thank you. I noticed this too and it's actually a bug, the /admin/config/services page isn't supposed to be the url but it was getting overridden.
If you get the latest dev or if you want maybe you can create a patch with this commit https://git.drupalcode.org/project/apitools/-/commit/956f7f438db781c1d80...
