Tab title are not translated

Problem/Motivation

I updated to 2.0.0-beta1 with Drupal 10. I saw that my tabs titles were not translated as they where before updating.

Proposed resolution

Right now, i used to old code from 8.x-1.x here and the title are translated back.

I think there's something going on here, but I can't figure it out how I can force this field to display the translated title.
