Add a responsive Web Dashboard icon to the Gin Admin Toolbar

Problem/Motivation

  • No web dashboard responsive hint icon
  • No integration with the Gin Admin theme
  • No integration with the Gin Admin Toolbar

Proposed resolution

  • Have the Web Dashboard icon size provided for the Gin Admin theme and the Gin Admin Toolbar
  • Integrate the dashboard icon with all Gin's Appearance ( Light, Dark ) ,
  • Integrate with Navigation (Drupal Toolbar) (Sidebar, Vertical Toolbar (Default), Horizontal, Modern Toolbar, Legacy, Classic Drupal Toolbar)
