Add option to change the geocoder autocomplete placeholder and title

Here is a patch that adds these two fields as configurable values.

I completed it with better Fieldset form element and extended to both field widget and formatter, and deployed into this commit: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/leaflet/-/commit/055795717057e9893151...

It will be part of the next Drupal Leaflet 10.x release.
