Ajax wrapper doesn't reattach because context is loaded in different order

Problem/Motivation

The Ajax wrapper filter links do not reattach properly after a click on a filter link.

Steps to reproduce

Create filter links in class ajax-link-wrapper above the overview. Click on a filter link, then click again. The page will trigger a refresh instead of loading again

Proposed resolution

Remove check on context - the module applies once.js which should be enough to make sure eventlisteners dont apply and trigger multiple times
