Add "Manage permissions" tab after "Manage display"

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 9.4.0 added support for Manage permissions pages per entity bundle → . We should implement this for ECK entities.

Proposed resolution

  • Define dependencies on the generated permissions (see #3055548 → )
  • Add the required changes to show the Manage permissions tab (see #3242827 → )
  • Check if we can keep backwards compatibility while implementing this
