Update description of Reset Password Mail OTP mail body

Problem/Motivation

In Reset Password Mail OTP mail body field description does not mentioned OTP value as [OTP].

Steps to reproduce

Go to admin/config/people/reset-password-email-otp

Proposed resolution

Need to update description as "Make sure to use [OTP] in email body for contains OTP value."
