Problem/Motivation

Link in module page (http://stickyjs.com/) leads to russian unsecure (non-https) website that has nothing to do with this module.
Considering this and issue #3301525 📌 Fix the issues reported by phpcs Needs review I wonder if this module is safe and still working as expected.
Maybe just keep the link to https://github.com/rgalus/sticky-js ?

Also, how would the linked js library differ from just using the CSS position: sticky; that is now supported in all browsers, ie. when is it still needed?

I guess the features are these (from https://github.com/rgalus/sticky-js#available-options)..

..but I think the only additional one compared to the CSS position sticky is the fourth one, which could be used for animations maybe?
