Collapse by default and add a setting for "Always open"

Problem/Motivation

With many attributes enabled, the "Attributes" Details Fieldset becomes quite large and fills up the page.
As it's more kind of something special to use then something you're using for each link, the details should be collapsed by default. A further setting could be introduced to show it expanded
