Add option to strip URLs (or insert a placeholder)

Problem/Motivation

Several filter plugins convert URLs into active links or embedded media even, both of which are not desirable in a summary.

Steps to reproduce

Use an example with a YouTube URL in the text, while "URL Embed" module is enabled (for example).

Proposed resolution

Replace URLs with a placeholder or strip them entirely.
