Module is now installable in Drupal 9 and 10. There are still other issues that need to be fixed for this module to function properly but are outside the scope of depreciations.
Permissions are broken and there's a config item that fails to import. There's also a lot of code that needs cleanup.
Uncertain if I should open a new issue to address those or continue in this issue and change the issue into "make module function"
