drupal-media tag is rendered in Wysywyg editor for Media Library image

Problem/Motivation

There was settings for width and height available in D7, but it's gone since D8.
There is good reason why it's gone, but at least it would be great if user still can change width and height attributes via Source View.

Currently when import Image using Media Library, it renders drupal-media tag, thus no way to set width and height attributes for img tag.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add Media Library icon for CKEditor.
2. Insert any image using Media Library button.
3. Try to check source code

Proposed resolution

If it 's image, simply place img tag, and then use same workflow with Image File.
For this resolution, need core updated, too.
