Getting website encountered error while testing SMS with wrong mobile number

Problem/Motivation

Getting this error

Twilio\Exceptions\RestException: [HTTP 400] Unable to create record: The 'To' number +11234567890 is not a valid phone number.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install module & Configure the it.
  2. Navigate to the configuration page Send Test SMS Message (/admin/config/system/twilio/test).
  3. Enter the wrong number in the phone number field.
  4. And send the SMS.
