Forum topics should convert incl. comments

Problem/Motivation

Converting a forum topic (incl. comments) to a blog post (or similar type) fails to also convert the comments, unless the comment fields are identical (e.g. both share a field "forum_comment").

If the blog content type shares the same comments field, all comments are converted as expected. That's great. However, I don't know what potential long-term side effects there are of sharing the field "forum_comment" in such unrelated places. It is at least confusing. Correctly mapping comments to a different comment type correctly would be much preferable.

A really disturbing side effect: The blog content is still listed in the forum! While the forum list correctly points to the blog URL, I don't understand how this is even possible.

Steps to reproduce

Convert a forum topic with comments to any similar content type with a similar comment field. Make sure both comment types have a 'File' field (attachments). Not sure if that is relevant, though.

Proposed resolution

1) Content nodes should convert incl. associated comments, mapping to different comment field types.

2) After conversion, forum topics should be removed from the forum list.
