Version Control and Base theme are missing in info.yml file.

I have reviewed and implemented the MR !1 provided by @alok_singh.
The MR! has been implemented successfully.
Test Result: Version Control & Base Theme are added in the info.yml file.

So we can move it to RTBC+.

Your MR will not work because you mentioned the stable base theme. But stable is not working with Drupal 9.3 above and Drupal 10. Stable9 will work with Drupal 9.3 and drupal 10.

However, we don't need to add a base theme as a bootstrap because the info.yml file's base theme is set to false by default.

Your MR! 1 looks good. Add stable base theme in info.yml. This will fix the website encounter issue, now we can install the theme successfully.
