Problem/Motivation

Following on from #3171363: Subscription User Tab → and #3216435: System settings for subscriptions of a user → , it is possible for a user to see their own subscriptions.

It would be useful to be able to create some views for admin users that would show:

* subscriptions for all users
* all users with subscriptions
* all subscriptions to a particular item

    Sounds like a good idea. It should be possible to be done with views and exposed filters. If you or anyone else wanted to propose such views as MR to this issue, we're happy to review and merge them into the module. Not sure, if and when we get around to addressing this ourselves.
