Security Hardening - update Facebook + Linkedin default configuration to HTTPS

This issue has been discussed with the Security Team and has been cleared for public resolution.

Problem/Motivation

The default module configuration ships with http protocol for Facebook + Linkedin.

Proposed resolution

Update the default configuration to HTTPS; there should be no need to forcibly update the configuration for existing sites, as they own the configuration. This can be treated as security hardening for the 2.x release chain.
