Uninstalling Smart Date removed the Transaction View

Hmm the only way I see that could happen is because you had a dependency from the transaction view to smart date module. When deleting it, you should have seen a screen telling you it will delete all dependencies (and the transaction view should have been listed).

Anyway, this view should be in your config folder or you can manually reimport it from commerce_funds/config/install.
