For the event, we rented 2 large monitors to display live captions using lc.midcamp.org during the event. These monitors were in rooms 314A and 314B on Wednesday and Thursday. More information on Live Captioning can be found on Github.
Volunteers were used to monitor the Live Captioning to reset the connections. Volunteers will comment on this issue.
Post event, we uploaded the videos to get cleaned up captions for YouTube and we also received transcript files that we update the session pages. This task is being handled in a separate issue.
