Error: "The timestamp must be numeric"

Problem/Motivation

On webform preview page, the following error occurs:

InvalidArgumentException: The timestamp must be numeric. in Drupal\Component\Datetime\DateTimePlus::createFromTimestamp() (line 201 of /var/www/vhosts/example.com/drupal_stage/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/Datetime/DateTimePlus.php).
