Header Top Stick Show setting reverts to 'after_scroll' on page load

Problem/Motivation

If you load and save the settings form without making any changes you would expect that no values would change.

Steps to reproduce

Set up a sticky header.
Set 'Always Show'
save

drush cex and commit changes

reload settings form.
save settings form.

drush cex and spot that the setting has changed.

Furthermore your menu has disappeared!

Proposed resolution

I have temporary fixed on one site by removing the states section in features/sooper-header/header_theme_settings.inc in the relevant control - however I suspect the actual fix will require fixing what happened here -> https://git.drupalcode.org/project/dxpr_theme/-/commit/2a0da455590c30cc9...

    Will do. thx for responding. it really does seem like an issue which only bites if the moon is waning and the wind is coming from the north. I think it relates to the expandable section involved but will get some v specific options to replicate
