CMDocument: Add support for documenting base fields

I like this idea a lot. We may not be able to surface it in the field list View as a separate field item, but might be able to link to it in the table.

Base fields are now documentable. They do not show in the field lists, but they do show in the options of documentable entities.
This will go out with 1.0.11
