NO <section class="page-header"> on front page

The front page does not create a and thus does nod add the excellent
non parallel bottom edge and loses the title. See screenshot below.

This is intentionally done.

Page header section is recommended and designed to display page title and breadcrumb navigation.
These should appear in inner pages not on the frontpage.
