Enforced config background colours make text unreadable in dark mode (e.g. Gin)

Problem/Motivation

Use an admin theme that provides a dark mode, such as Gin → ; enforce a config on a config form; notice the text in the container inherits the light text colour which has almost zero contrast against our background colours:

Proposed resolution

Actually, a much better solution seems to add equivalent dark mode background colours that are much darker but the same hue as the light mode colours:
