Posts should have 2 new lines between paragraphs

Problem/Motivation

HTML formatted text in the content only has a single new line between paragraphs. I would like to have 2 new lines between paragraphs, so that it is easier to see the beginning and end of paragraphs in my posts on mastodon.

Proposed resolution

Create a new format filter that strips out paragraph tags an replaces them with line breaks.
