Add tracking and sorting for most recent detections.

Todo:

1. Change the .module logic to stop merging the entity changed date with the current date on Views.
2. Change API JS to forward the entity changed date, if available.
3. Change the API controller to log the changed date as the "updated" date rather than Now, and to leave it alone if the page is a view.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
