Request stack dependency injection

Problem/Motivation

As is (at least on D10), the module is not usable and will return an error 500 on every page that display notification message block.
Drupal\Core\Http\RequestStack is passed as dependency injection, whereas Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\RequestStack is expected.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module.
Add the block notification message.
