Add debug option to see web hook activity in logs

chr.fritsch → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

Added logging of the responses and requests to watchdog.

Except my little comment above on MR, logging to debug communication between Drupal and Xymatic is working like a charm.

Update hook is missing for added config, but I think this isn't really critical with this settings and amount of module usages yet.
