Allow customizing ARIA Label via the link dialog

It's possible there may be other issues that would allow this, I just haven't yet found any that look at this specifically.

Looks like the project page and documentation needs to be updated to list that the aria-label is an available attribute. I'll create an issue for thate.

I'll also update Linkit's project page to better clarify what https://www.drupal.org/project/editor_advanced_link → can do.
