Define an active hover color for menus

Right now I can define all the other parts of the active menu.
But when I hover over the menu, it is white, and I have no way to change it.

It would be good to be able to change the active menu hover color

We will have a lot of changes in the theme color setting in the future. Some color settings will be removed. In my opinion we do not need to do it now.
