Problem/Motivation

Taxonomy terms do not trigger a build. Based on the code no non-Node entity types will trigger a build either.

Steps to reproduce

The settings page details which entities can trigger builds and Taxonomy Terms are in the list. I've selected it. I had to add content moderation functionality to terms via this core patch https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2023-04-14/3047110-45.patch → for https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3047110 📌 Enable Content Moderation integration for taxonomy terms Fixed

Transition a term from Published to Draft and a preview build is triggered.

Transition a term from Draft to Published and only a preview build is triggered.

Proposed resolution

Update the code to trigger build for non-Node entities.
