Not all occurences replaced when case is ignored

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

Wouldn't only Onomasticon being replaced be the expected functionality if you configured the filter to only replace the first encountered instance of the glossary term, regardless of capitalization? The word means the same thing, regardless of casing. I opened another issue that describes this as a bug.

These are two different but related issues. This here is done, I will look into the other.
