Due to the change in library, ExistingSiteJavascript tests are failing.

Investigation:
Hook collapsiblock_page_attachments_alter is called before the hook collapsiblock_library_info_alter and hence cdn library is not being set during page load.

We need to change the order of these hooks to work properly.

This is caused by third party module, hence closing this one. As its working expected.
