Add a "Configure" button below each module on Extend page

Problem/Motivation

Not everyone likes to discover which path is the best to configure your module.
So it would be good if OpenAI modules gives us a quickly way to reach module configure page.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Extend
  2. Enable any OpenAI module
  3. Search for it again at Extend page

Proposed resolution

Drupal already offers us a resource at module.info.yml to add Main Configure page at it.
