Problem/Motivation

I'm working on a project and I need to make custom logic in each step.

Proposed resolution

Being able to change the \Drupal\simple_multistep\MultistepController through a hook, I've tried this in my project and it works fine for what I need.

Remaining tasks

Create a patch or MR.

API changes

A new hook is added that allows to use another Controller. hook_simple_multistep_controller_alter(array &$form)
