Drag icon not visible

Is it possible that the user you're testing with doesn't have edit access to the entity? Because if so, the drag handle is hidden.

I am testing as administrator. It is in Drupal 9.5. I tried by changing admin theme to seven. But no luck.

After that I found .handle class missing in template.

Here is the final output after adding class.

Reviewed and tested the #4 patch. Its working fine, Moving to RTBC

Seems like this is only an issue when using Seven, not Claro or Gin. However, the markup changes don't break anything in Claro or Gin, so I'll commit this as is.
