\Drupal calls should be avoided in classes, use dependency injection instead (in PluginEventSubscriber.php)

I have implemented the dependency injection in the above MR. Please review.

This merge only contains src/Plugin/PluginEventSubscriber.php , Need to update views_migration.services.yml views_migration.plugin_event_subscriber service arguments.

@Jaya - thanks for the feedback. I've pushed another commit onto the MR for updating the services.yml file. Let me know if this is fine or if you want me to push another MR with both changes in it.
