Make version 1.x compitable with Drupal 9/10

I have tried to compatible in ^9 || ^10 but I get the issue on dependent module so, I think we have to wait for the other modules compatible with ^9.5 || ^10.
Ex: https://www.drupal.org/project/field_limiter → module dependent on https://www.drupal.org/project/field_formatter → and it's not compatible with ^9.5 || ^10.

Updated dependencies & removed some deprecations.
