@Alok, I was not able to reproduce it, as it is properly working on my browsers. You can see my attached different screen size screenshots for reference. I am using Drupal - 9.5.1, PHP version - 8.1 & Browser - Chrome. Please review & thank You.

I tested in my system and it's working on none login page and not working on login page.

@apatel0325 Yes, It is working on Private Browser but not on Logged In browsers.

@Raveen Thakur, CSS is override that's why we cannot see on login page. I have attached snap and try with that it's working for me.
